Sarna and hydroxyzine is starting to not work as well. Still itchy. It had worked pretty well for me for the last couple months. Having URQ pain once in awhile that lasts all night, but is better in the morning usually. Also noticed that the itchiness is starting to last more often throughout the daytime again. That had stopped once I started Sarna and hydroxyzine. I know the correlation between bile acids and itching doesn't always correlate- but has anyone noticed this with their ICP pregnancies as they moved along? I'm 34 weeks today; started itching mildly since positive pregnancy test, itching really intensely around 20 weeks or so.
