cocktail for party with navy blue color


I've been dealing with piriformis syndrome for at least 5 years. I can't get the VA to test for it. I get pain shots at L5-S1 but only because the VA thinks I have sciatica. The shots do help. At this point I'm trying to find a more permanent solution. I exercise regularly, and have great muscle tone. Other than proper stretching which I do twice a day every day, does anyone have any suggestions? cocktail for party with navy blue color
