Took delivery of our new 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe with my wife Kathleen McDermott DeMatteo and our daughter Alyson. We traded in our 2012 Honda Pilot Touring that we loved very much. After 5 years, 75k miles and 7 trips down the east coast to Disney World, a new truck seemed like a good idea. The entire process from test drive to delivery was smooth and comfortable. Chris Malecot, our sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was not pushy at all and insisted that we fell comfortable with the car we were looking at. Once the deal was complete we moved onto Jason Madison, finance manager. Again, courtesy and respect were evident in every aspect of the interaction, Jason took the time to explain all the documents related to the purchase. He gave us options and didn't force options upon us. When we picked up the new car we met with Harold Mota who served as the delivery specialist. He took the time to not only review the features of the car as well as set us up with the new features, he took us on a tour of the dealership introducing us to key people who would help us in the future with service. Again, courtesy and respect were evident at all stages of the purchase. I was very impressed by the level of service that we received at Healey Chevrolet. This is our first purchase of many from Healey Chevrolet. I would recommend this dealership and Chris Malecot to family and friends.
